ADVOCATE BUSISIWE MKHWEBANE emailed Discretionary Notice: 008879-19 to Primary Complainant Mike Stainbank, on 08 June 2021. Stainbank, the rightful owner of the Registered Trademark The Apartheid Museum® explains how he and other complainants have, since 2003, been through litigation in all three superior courts with a NON-EXISTENT company. Today Stainbank publishes both responses to the said Discretionary Notice dated 29 June 2021 and 06 July 2021. At paragraph 9 of Discretionary Notice 008879-19, the Public Protector cautions that, no person may disclose the content of the Discretionary Notice without the authorisation of the Public Protector. Mike Stainbank ignores the threat in what he describes as A CONTRIVED DISCRETIONARY NOTICE. Mike Stainbank urges all South Africans to fully appreciate the most important, unchallenged evidence provided to Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane: “On the version accepted by the Public Protector, the CIPC, under Commissioner Voller, has corrupted the National Mainframe Computer to cover his crimes.” This unlawful conduct, Stainbank asserts, goes beyond maladministration and fraud; this is TREASON.
